Michael Turner, Director of Technical Services, leverages his vast years of technical expertise and field experience as a technician to ensure that TTI's various support teams receive the training, mentoring, and structure necessary to ensure their success. Coordinating with the various dedicated TTI Account Managers, client management and manufacturers alike, Michael helps solidify the understandings and relationships so essential to our ongoing success. He serves as the centralized senior referee for articulating and enforcing service and certification standards.
